Blessed.

I had the chance to visit Salt Lake this last weekend, and every time I am reminded how blessed and how lucky we are to live so close to such a beautiful, special place. Temple square is perfect and the flowers in May make it the best time to visit! How grateful we are for temples, and having so many so available and close to us here in Boise Idaho.

Transition.

The busy, full, day packed start to finish, week after week time spent at school comes to an end.. and summer begins. This transition is always a weird one for me. School ends and for a couple days I cant stop smiling and a literal weight is lifted off my shoulders, I can breath. I sell back the books, throw away the binders that are bursting and the first few nights of sleep feel better than I ever remember. Then the next Monday rolls around and I start to get antsy. What am I supposed to do? What should I put on my to do list? I get a little overwhelmed with structuring my days and feeling productive. Don't get me wrong, there is still so much to do, its that process of figuring out what to do when and how to spend each part of the day that I feel overwhelmed with. Though after a week or so, we are getting in a groove. Figuring out our schedules as I work full time again, when we are home together for dinner and a good work out routine. Life is good and summer is shaping up to be a good one! The summer activities have begun, Saturday markets, trail runs, bike rides, BBQs and our little plants are starting to produce fruit!
The 90 degrees is just an added bonus in May, we are excited officially declare summer break!
